TO ALL: An important question:

I've heard that this year in April, Japanese mutual fund companies (for the 1st time) will be able to buy U.S. equities (part of the big bang of last year)...

Anyone know about this, or have an idea about how much money we are talking about here/the extent of the effect on the U.S. markets?
