Hi Francois,

Your numbers regarding the float and outstanding, are outdated.

I spoke with George Delmas, CEO of GTCI, on Jan. 20th. He told me the current float was between 2 - 2.5 million. The current OS was around 12.5 million. He told me there were no plans or reason to increase either at this time. I called the transfer agent a couple of days later, to verify the information. It is Interstate Transfer, in Salt Lake City, Utah. I was told by them the OS was 12,245,935. They told me I would have to contact GTCI to find out what the current float was.

Since the numbers provided by the company seem to be liberal, my guess is that they can be considered accurate.

Don't quote me on this until you check it out further, but I believe the product name of the pc version of the Y2K solution is "Global Fix 2000", and is through a teaming agreement with Viacor.

I believe the mainframe product name is th I/Nova System, and is available through a teaming agreement with Veronex.

Best of luck,

Blessed
