Evolutionary change, as opposed to revolutionary? I agree absolutely. We're still primarily in the "hype" phase, and I sick of it (especially the touty companies and the ridiculous stock valuations). Some companies will eventually incorporate the net as a powerful too, as a competitive advantage. Some will use it as a weapon. We have already seen its destructive power on profit margins in e-commerce (yeah, sure, i think selling product at or below cost is a great long term business strategy <gggg>).

But, as you say, let's see how this thing develops. And I gleefully await the day when most of these net stocks crash and burn. But, in the meantime, can MU crash and burn first so as to keep us entertained?
