Ron,
I feel the biggest fear with Deswell is the huge risk of having so few customers. As such, if MITA of Hong Kong cuts the business by 50% and Deswell can produce .45 or more of earnings, I will be willing to take such risks and add to my long term position under 14. If earnings drop below .35, then this is a legitimate reason to have such a low P/E for the stock.
