I'm going by memory too, but I do recall the bid at $7.00. I was in an investment club back then that subscribed to Kaiser's report recommending AQP below a buck. We talked about buying it but before the next meeting, it had shot up to $7.00. By then, we thought we had missed the boat but I do remember discussion that if Barrick is willing to pay $7.00 for it, then there may still be upside. Again, this is my memory speaking. Nevertheless my recollection of the AQP subsequent $30 offer after the intial $7.00 made it difficult for me to unload ARP at $5.10.
