Ram, I doubt if any announcement will occur during the shareholders meeting. It would be unequal dissemination of information. I would look for an announcement just before the meeting instead. Once announced over the wires, Lev would be free to discuss it. IMO it would make sense for Lev to have something announced such that shareholders would be thanking or congratulating him- much better than to have to explain or defend himself. Is Lev clever enough to have thought of that? On the other hand, there may be developments announced by JV partners or customers. In that case, it is the customer or JV partner who controls the release, and it could occur at any time. BTW, I enjoyed this post on Yahoo. That's when I was more sure the stock was going up because it knew it was down only for a short time. I think Valence is going up a lot more now. I think they are making a lot more batteries than necessary to make a profit and they will make them faster and faster. Pretty soon more smart people will figure that out and you won't be able to buy under $10. Sell some more and I will buy it.
