A friend of mine received this from IR.
Re: Financing

The company will be completing a private $1 million financing next week
which will enable them to begin the clinical trials on humans at
Hammersmith in England and also at the Mass General Hospital in Boston
almost immediately. Once we have the results from the first few
treatments, we will release them to the world. A second financing should
follow shortly thereafter, probably $5+ million which will give the company
enough assets to apply for a Nasdaq small-cap listing.

I believe the company needs to do about 100 cases which should take about
18 months or so. Initially treatments will be done on 10 women that will
have to forego a masectomy anyway. A complete examination of the area where
the tumor existed will be examined. If there are no signs of cancer in
three months, the cancerous tumor is considered ablated (according to the
FDA's definition).

When, and I do pray for when, we finally get these results, Celsion will be
on the cover of every newspaper in the world.
