Lazarus, The kind of poor I was referring to -- and the kind that I suggest Paul would do more good by -- are the kind of poor that can't afford PCs and don't have internet accounts, much less SI accounts. Sure there are a lot of small investors involved with the penny stocks, but why (and this is directed to Paul and his cohorts) save them when there's a world of more needy people out there awaiting your help. I'm not suggesting that one should not post a word to the wise when one thinks a stock is a scam, only that the incessant badgering and bashing that Paul and the rest engage in really isn't worth their efforts -- if their motives truly are to save the little people of the market.
