Has anyone got any recommendations on who stands to profit most from the new Highway Bill?

We're talking about building a bridge to Pork Barrel City here -- $218 billion over the next six years. Roughly, that's $33 billion a year, $750 million a week, or something like $107 million a day for the next 2,190 consecutive days.

Bu no one hears anything about the Highway Bill because everyone's so consumed with Internet and high tech stocks.

Shouldn't TXI, for starters, be a good play here? They sell more than half the cement in California and Texas and are presently depressed, trading around $26, down from a 52-week high of $68.25.

Anymore recommendations, anyone?
