DaiS,

Of course the younger one is and the greater the dose one takes in the nonimpotent man the greater the risk of having an abnormally prolonged erection with resulting impotence.

I remember a report that came out early in Viagra's US release where a man in Europe took Viagra and had an erection that lasted well over 24 hours. He had to go to a hospital where the only cure is to cut and drain the blood out of the penis so that it will become flacid.

I believe that after an erection lasts for more than 6 hours the probability for permanent damage increases greatly. Injectables that are over dosed can easily have the same effect. I feel that this is an advantage of MUSE over injectables ie with an injection, the patient can inadvertently OD himself leading to priapism and subsequent irreversible damage.
