Thanks for your input. What you are saying echoes what Sili Investor posted yesterday in response to my question about foreign content. I thank you kindly for responding. This is one damned good thread! Hopefully I'll be knowledgeable enough sometime down the road to pass the favour along to someone else.

Where a company trades does not determine its status as foreign. Bid.com is a Canadian Company currently. Should all the shares begin to trade on another exchange would not alter this.

Only when the Company decides to become a foriegn company in a foreign jurisdication that this will affect your foreign eligibility requirements. >>
