John, we must be reading the same books.

I agree with most of what you said. This stock has behaved very much according to the "rules". The breakout/rise to $2.55 was predicted very precisely by the previous reversal pattern. The subsequent 50% pull-back on declining volume to form a nice pennant has also been by the book. Where I disagree with you slightly is in predicting the next rise.

The rise after a pennant formation typically matches the size of the rise before the pennant. The measuring formula is applied from the point the upward movement is renewed. The last surge went from about $1.25 to about $2.50. So I'm looking for a rise of about $1.25 from the point the next break-out occurs--the current level of support, I believe. So I expect the next rise to break through the $3.00 level briefly and then pull back again, at least temporarily. (Of course, all the usual caveats apply.)

To All:
I'm enjoying our discussion very much. Thanks everyone for sharing varying opinions intelligently and disagreeing without getting disagreeable. It's quite refreshing to be involved on an active thread that is about information and opinions and not personalities, accusations, name-calling, etc., etc..

Cheers,
JP
