The leader in a group usually gets a higher price within reason... and a larger PE or price / earnings. Which is probably why SCH has a PE now of 81. Note however that EGRP's PE is N/A...because earnings are -0.37. Now if they make 0.53 next year their PE would be 207 based on next years earnings and the current price.

Now if TD spins off Waterhouse Securities ... much like NWS spun off FOX. And suddenly the public starts valuing TD ( and WHO or whatever the symbol ends up being called ) more inline with SCH the shares of TD would go up from 42 to 294. And if they are valued more in line with EGRP (with a PE of 207) shares of TD would have to go from 42 to 760.

PS: Each commercial during the superbowl means 1.5 million to NWS and FOX.
