I viewed the implication (from several people, including yourself) that I am unable to count because I dared point out that there are non-Cymer players at 193 nm as unduly harsh, too. The occasional dose of reality seems most unwelcome around the semi equipment threads in general these days. I've experienced similar hoots and jeers in a bunch of places lately, and it's made me a little cross. Sorry. Katherine
