David, you either don't know much or you are misinformed. Security devices offering many different levels of security have long been on the market. In the first place, you don't know what the comparative levels of security that is offered by delSecur and other firms and in the second, you can't know what the customer will consider desireable in various applications. Your posts are incorrect at best. Current finger print reading devices for low end uses such as PC access, applications DO NOT HAVE dead finger detection built into them. Customers planning to implement finger print reading devices for teller stations at banks, etc. don't care much about dead finger detection because the teller can tell pretty well if there is a live or dead person inserting their finger into the reader. One of delSecur's programmers told me that they have dead finger detection capability as an option for the device but he wasn't sure what customers needed it. To come on this thread and instantly suppose that delSecur's offering is somehow inferior is a blatant attempt to bash the thread. If you have valid information or claims then let us all know what they are.
