Really? Why is it more accessible? Why does it show that management has more confidence? Seems it shows less confidence in that assuming it is less accessible, the company would still seem attractive to potential investors. They lower the price to dupe amateurs into believing the stock is cheaper. Isn't this a form of bait and switch? At the top of a bull market amateurs invent all manner of dim witted excuses in order to lose. Then they will mount a class action lawsuit against the company for deceiving their greed. Just proves that corporations are unfair and government has to do something.
