Didn't realize you had an Antec case too. I'm looking hard at their 180 model full tower for my next build, since it comes with the 300 W power supply with a smart-fan that only kicks on when needed (I just ordered one of these PS's from buy.com for testing.) It also has 6 5 1/2" bays and 2 3 1/2" external bays--2 more total than the IN-Winn Q500. I'm with you--you can never have too many drive bays, as you can always use the extras for things like drive tray connections and extra air circulation.
