Do I have to go back and pull out the posts? Do you NEVER tire of making a complete fool of yourself? i stand by my claims teifer threatened 2 ta's to get legends lifted off charlies restricted stock. Oh sure. As I hear it, Tiefer sent the certs in to the TA to be registered. The TA was perfectly willing to do so, given that the restrictions had expired. Mikey refused to sign off. The TA (or perhaps, TAs, AZNT's had so MANY this year, no?) resigned over this and other matters. if the legends were lifted aznt would proceed against the ta. Right. Who, exactly, was threatening whom? it appears mann & alders (is alders also not a lawyer?) conspired to get the stock from the ta before the restriction was met, much like teifer & charlie. coicidence? Coincidence? You mean, is it a coincidence that Mikey refuses to sign off on anyone's 144 stock once restrictions have expired? Probably not.

Spider, there is no evidence, in the legal documents, for your assertion that Tiefer claimed to be an attorney. Furthermore, if he had done so, and anyone was willing to submit an affidavit to that effect, I would expect that the judge would have had something to say about it. You do seem to be in contact with Amazon on these things, and they certainly have the documents involved. Find out at least that part of the full story, since it is readily accessible. Other parts of this tale seem suitable to be learned only around the campfire, in the old tradition -- this message board appears to be the modern form of such an education. Level Head
