This management has kept the ship from sinking. They have made the right moves...moves that have kept this company in business, and brought world class clients to the table. Last week they told me that they had no plans to issue any of the authorized shares, and I believe them. You must have read the sec filings...I know you read everything else. The directors of this company are taking small salaries...smaller than any I could take. They are banking on their shares. I'm not an employee of the company...I don't know about Burt. All I do know is you can sing as loud as you want. You can sing until the cows come home, but you'll never see .03 again. Mark my words...bookmark them, just don't forget them. Kerry

Walter, I work for myself and do not belong to a choir. I've always found management open to observations and suggested remedies. Em is the most effective way to deliver your thoughts and recommendations. Problems you may see are best delivered along with proposed solutions. VTT, TTS, SR stand for Voice to text, Text to Speech, Speech recognition. Warrant holders have no need to convert unless they want to sell the common therefore conversion usually ='s exiting. I know you're not intending sarcasm and you may be more apt to view the glass as half empty. Best wishes.
