I didn't type TSIG in that post. You are miss quoting me and reading too much into that post. The only connection to TSIG is amplified.com. Some of TSIG's competitors may go to court. I think it is interesting news. Downloaded music is an emerging.

Jezz!! Had me scared for a minute. Thanks Dave. With all the great contributions Walt brings, of course I'd be worried if he is concerned. I was afraid we might have to start over with a different idea. Whew, what a relief!

Sounds to me like Sightsound.com doesn't have much of a case. I think they will make Atlanta look like winners.

As others have said, it is of no consequence to TSIG.

Concerning the downloading technology patent issue:

A couple of thoughts: first if there is merit to the patent then a firm can buy a license and get on with business (with a bump up in the cost of goods sold; or, if there is no merit sue (or vigourously defend) the bast****. I suspect any suit will be focused on the larger established folks who have deeper pockets...

On a PR firm: never too early to start planning a good marketing effort even if you time the rollout. All indications seem to me that with Comprehensive, continuous PR's showing sound building, and a good financial for the last quarter, the rocket is on the pad and ready to launch.

Been in Hawaii for 22 years, you can debate New York and Florida until you drop. I'll catch a rainbow in my shorts while I grill some mahi mahi.
