Andrew,
I decided to make one last post. I received this from Biomoda's CEO yesterday afternoon
I can type a letter too. If Biomoda felt that Adot was lying about their position there then I think Biomoda would be upset enough to release news or at least state on the Biomoda Web page(which would cost them less to nothing to do) that Adot does not have such right. I would think if someone was messing with my companies creditability I would take some action.
I cannot explain Mr. Ma'ayan's position regarding the fabrication on adot's part, but I did contact him personally by telephone, sent him a copy of that post, and asked him to verify whether it was legitimate or not, to which he affirmed it was.
But we have two things against us here. Biomoda is not planning an IPO until late next year at the earliest.
Is this Fact? I havent seen anything that says Biomoda will not go public to at least year 2000,unless you take that poster on the Si thread seriously that he is the Israeli Representative for Biomoda, remember him, he was the one who was going to keep us informed on Biomoda but has yet to add anything to this thread of substantal importance.
If Ari Ma'ayan, President of Biomoda can be believed, yes that is a fact. Mr. Ma'ayan is the one who told me that it would be the latter part of next year at the earliest, before they could consider an IPO.
His name is Guy. I also asked Mr. Ma'ayan about him, and he confirmed Guy was under a non-disclosure agreement with Biomoda, and was working on a PP for them in Israel.
If you have doubts regarding the truthfulness of these posts, go to the source of the information, Biomoda. I would have thought you would want to do that before trying to discredit them. But perhaps the truth doesn't matter. Here's one more to think on: ------------------------------------------------------------------ To: JOHN WHITE (2434 ) From: blessed Saturday, Jan 23 1999 7:05PM ET Reply # of 2627
Hi John,
Overcast Saturday afternoon, not a whole lot to do, so I decided to check and see what was going on at the ole ADOT thread. I scanned through the posts and seen where adot had finally filed a 10Q, this of course peaked my curiosity, so I had to take a look. Several flags I see, but I won't go into that. Now that I am no longer a shareholder, what happened after I got out, really doesn't concern me. I feel that's between the current shareholders, and the company.
The one thing that does concern me is this, taken from their 10Q:
The note receivable from former shareholder was issued for $10,000 in the Company's common stock and $5,000 in cash.
The statement FORMER SHAREHOLDER, indicates to me that the company loaned someone $15,000.00. $10,000.00 of which was for the purchase of stock, and the remaining $5,000.00 as a cash loan. On top of that... FORMER SHAREHOLDER, to me indicates he no longer is, and consequently must have sold those shares. Since the entire debt at the time of the filing was still outstanding, while apparently selling the stock, he didn't pay the company back any of that money. It appears, someone had a very close and meaningful relationship with the company. I've never heard of any company loaning an individual money to buy stock in itself, but cash as well.
Since I was a shareholder during that period, I'd like to know who that former shareholder is. During a time the company felt as though it had to sell additional shares, thereby diluting shareholder value, it also felt a sense of responsibility to someone, as to loan them shares of stock, and cash. Causes me to wonder if it was someone who may have influenced my initial decision to buy into ADOT, due to the content of their posts on this board. Since its already been established that ADOT won't respond to my emails, faxes, and phone calls, it would sure be nice if someone in good standing with them, could find out the answer to that question. I believe its one that deserves an answer.
Before leaving today, just want to quickly say HI, to of course yourself, BIG FRED, DARPA, RBARON, and others who were active here during my investment period, and are still around. Good luck to you all.
Kind regards,
Blessed
