WWW.. thanks.

It is blatenly obvious why these people are here.

They do not post when the stock is going up.

They post when there is a potential negative event so they can drive the price down... distributing mis-truths to scare some people into selling.

They do not scare those who KNOW what they own!

Thanks for the update!

Mitch

Ward:

people like JHP, Valuespec, and others here
believe that they are above the law. the
wonderful thing about the internet and these
boards is that the information is readily
accessable. they are digging there own
graves, and they wont know it until the papers
are filed. they think that we are full of
bullshit in warning them of this fact. just
because it doesnt happen immediately, shouldnt
make you bashers feel like you have escaped.
it takes a little time to get Silicon Investor
to legally reveal the identities.

I LOVE JHP's comments. he/she could spend the
next 10 or so years paying retribution...just to
come on a public bulletin board and spew their
vile.

JHP ---->>>> HISTORY.

Bill and All,

As fairly large shareholders we should request that FTEL's principals use all available legal means to protect our investment.

Think about it, our investment is being threatened by people who claim they don't own the stock. Free speech is one thing but defamation is quite another.

I'd certainly support FTEL's decision to defend our company...

Regards,

Bob
