Nope, options can be traded for a few minutes after the market closes. It used to be ten minutes, not sure how many it is now, but I put the sell order in one minute after the close. I hit the bid in that case. If I had asked for 10 3/4, for instance, I probably would not have gotten filled.

Some brokers will time out late orders, try to get it off before the market close (4 EST).
