no probs, here's the situation as far as what i'm hearing & BTW I have held all this time and am pissed. the amt of the bid that came in was apparently decided on around mid Dec - late Dec when the stock was around 1/1.30/1.60/1.80. The bid amt was apparently in the $3 range. If it was that low, I would have tossed the offer right back at the potential acquirer. Rumour has it mgmt rejected rumoured offer. Good for mgmt !! Of course, some persons must be very close on this and sold off. Likely we'll see another bid from the same co, but for a higher amount. OR hopefully the co has engaged an inv. bnking firm to search for other acquirers. The co does not have to be sold, but I feel, as maybe mgmt does, the best way to realize the value of the co is to sell it - investment community gives no respect to many co's including this one, which has over 50% mkt shr (over 600 hlth instits outof 1,100 in Cda) in a demographically key industry. Very very likely they don;t understand the co. Here's a real life real current example. I need a physical for a work permit application. I'm in the USA. I go to the doctor for general things. Need to get x-ray and blood work. That's a a hospital. Go to the hospital. Have to give them my info all over again. MSH's software links these types of hlth institutions together, so their's and my time not wasted again. Spoke with MSH myself last week and confirmed things - they're by Toronto airport now and have a new # 905- don;t have it around right now. This stock will go higher - need to be patient. Another bid will come in - co's 'backlog' of systems implementations is vey strong and they are looking for systems personnel to implement. That is certainly not the sign of a dying co - panic set in.
