Wit seems to be improving its customer support! First the emails about upcoming IPOs, and now it seems their phones are getting better. I called them couple of time today and each time the hold time was just couple of minutes! But then, there are still problems! I have some EGRP stocks in my account, but Wit did not adjust for split in my account. So, thier web site would not allow me to sell. I had to call them to sell. Even after I sold, my market positions, account balances did not get updates and so, I just could not trade online today. I hope they take care of these problems ASAP. --manny
