Chris Got to wonder why the original press release didn't state the conversion ratio for UNPH shareholders. Poor writing or trying to be cagey about the deal? (Although I can't imagine the latter). Wish we could have copied the CC. I don't like these analyst only discussions. Full disclosure is the best way to do business. Even monsters like CSCO let us little guys listen in. Don't know why Cdn firms are so reluctant. I guess from here on in our fortunes are tied to UNPH stock. Go UNPH!
