I think I made it clear earlier that you are free to doubt Paula, although I think that you should be a bit more indecisive about it, given the murkiness of the thing. I told you the grounds of my disbelief of Carville, what do you think of them?
Let's see--- Walsh indicted Weinberger and Abrams on bogus perjury beefs that few, if any, prosecutors would have brought, because he was frustrated and hoping to squeeze somebody. He also released a tendentious report before the '92 election, asserting conclusions that he had not been able to prove. So I wouldn't tout Walsh as a model of probity. By the way, he also spent a lot and came up with little. As I said to Dickson, I would gladly join in a call for repealing the SP statute.

More revisionism Danny boy. Reagan and Bush both cooperated with Walsh and did not assert numerous spurious privilege claims. JLA
