That original filing was back in November, and I am sure there are some changes but the Jan 20 amendment looks pretty much the same. If they were just interested in dumping, they could have started in December (and Sapp sold a bunch already).

This is a filing that moves shares from restricted status to unrestricted status. On the whole, these are not insiders. It allows these holders to sell, it says nothing about whether they will be selling. However, I do suspect a portion of these sales represent the volume on Friday. How much more do we need to burn through? I'm not sure, some of these may have placed limit orders to sell at 8, which is why we churning at 8. The holders may not even have been aware of the article or the volume on Friday. It wouldn't surprise me at all if we leap up to the next round number on Monday (9) and churn through a bunch more shares again, then to 10 etc.

The company is in a very hot industry but is very undervalued by most any measure. A lot of the longs have been waiting a long time for this sort of attention.
