Sonny, << A slight possible hint from Him (He is really like "H"im and not "h"im I feel :-) ) that "He is interested" or that "He liked what He's seen" will be immediately interpreted by the analysts as "MRVC is on CSCO's radar screen" and as usual, CSCO's cc will be broadcasted heavily by the media that evening! Implications: I expect a super-bull Wednesday for MRVC this coming week! >> I know you are speculating, but I really think you are reaching pretty far here. No offense, but I doubt John Chambers will say ANYTHING positive like that about a company as small as MRVC. No offense, but just good business. The object of any giant is to never show ANY weakness. I think Johnny respects competitors like NT and LU/ASND, but he rarely ever PUBLICLY SPEAKS respectably about his competitors, especially small ones. I've heard him talk up 3com before, but they ate their lunch a long time ago. Speaking about the recent LU/ASND merger for instance (their #1 competitor), I believe he stated that they (CSCO) feel lucky because it didn't happen a lot sooner so theyve had way more time to prepare. It sounded a bit condescending, personally. ALL imho pigboy
