Hi Tom
I don't think the information below hurts either, this is the list of Insider trading over the last year:
12/30/98 SIDDIQI KAMAL Purchase 300,000 $0.78 $234,360
12/30/98 KAMKORP LTD* Purchase 300,000 $0.78 $234,360
11/04/98 SIDDIQI KAMAL Purchase 300,000 $1.75 $525,000
11/04/98 KAMKORP LTD Purchase 300,000 $1.75 $525,000
09/29/98 SIDDIQI KAMAL Purchase 300,000 $1.00 $300,000
09/28/98 KAMKORP LTD Purchase 300,000 $1.00 $300,000
06/16/98 KAMKORP LTD Purchase 2 Mil $2.50 $4 Mil
06/16/98 SIDDIQI KAMAL Purchase 3 Mil $2.50 $8 Mil
Mr. Kamal is a director and Kamkorp is a company that holds over 10% of the outstanding stock. They are also ordering batteries.
With only 7.835 million shares outstanding, there is not much float. I don't like the idea that the day traders are interested in this stock, we could be in for some unusual volatility.
