Thanks for the article, Chris. I'm not changing my position on this stock. I think when (if) the Russell 2000 comes back into favor, we will see SFSK take off. I'd like to see it before then but who knows? Maybe earnings will break us out of this trading range.

Safeskin Elects Jeffrey E. Stiefler to Board of Directors

announced the election of Jeffrey E. Stiefler to Safeskin's board of directors, increasing the board to
seven members.

Mr. Stiefler, 52, is currently chairman and chief executive officer of International Data Response
Corporation (IDRC), one of the country's leading telemarketing and customer service outsourcing firms.
In this capacity, Mr. Stiefler is responsible for recruiting and leading IDRC's management team,
developing corporate strategy, building major client relationships and overseeing operations. IDRC
recently announced a merger agreement with TeleSpectrum Worldwide, Inc. Upon completion of the
transaction, the combined companies would become the seventh largest teleservices company in the
industry. In addition, Mr. Stiefler serves as an operating director of McCown De Leeuw and Company, a
private investment partnership and IDRC's largest investor, and as chairman of Outsourcing Solutions,
Inc., a McCown De Leeuw portfolio company.

Prior to joining IDRC, Mr. Stiefler served as president and a member of the board of directors of
American Express Company. Before becoming president of American Express, Mr. Stiefler was
president and chief executive officer of IDS Financial Services, a financial services subsidiary of
American Express. Mr. Stiefler is a graduate of Williams College and received a M.B.A. from Harvard
Business School.
