Prince, correction, for you it actually sucks getting in a short position on PRFM so soon and listening to Anthony. Looks like Anthony just left you holding the bag.

This was your 5th post on the CFO/COO resignation. We already know the details, but do you??

If you actually bothered doing some DD before you listened to Anthony so blindly and shorted, you would have known that the Street actually will applaud the resignation. You see Mr. Simon Falic was demoted from the position of CEO/Chairman of the Board On October 28, 1998 after nearly running PRFM to the floor in his 3 and half year reign!!!

The rest of the board actually convinced MR. Lekach to come back which he did Oct 28. On October 28,1998 Mr.Lekach was appointed CEO/Chairman of the board, and Falic was demoted to CFO/COO, a position he held for just 2 months ending Jan 29th.

PRFM needed a change in management, and it got it......but I guess you already knew all of the above. LOL.

Good luck covering tomorrow--you can thank Anthony for that.
