No David, I said, if their holdings were put together, they would be a square of land a little over 33 miles on a side.

They own 1100 square miles, total. 2841 sq kilometers. 704,000 acres/640 = 1100 sq mi

This is about 45 square miles LARGER THAN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND , just to give you a feel for the immensity of the property they own!!!.

You may of been confused by my post because I was talking quarters of the land and total.

That means they own 1/2000 of the world's richest, resource laden Land. There is only so much. I wonder how much the government owns? The big oil companies, the Japanese, the mineral companies? Seems to me that we're sitting on a gold mine!!!

A shame that they are selling out so soon, but I can see where there would be a lot of interest shown in this much of the amazon that can still be bought.

Thanks for bringing that to our attention, David. It took you a while after I asked you, but I knew you would come through.

After this sale, and I personally think it will be quick, we are going to be very happy with a dollar a share CASH !!!

Dave

Some more comparisions:

Madera, 1100 sq mi 2841 sq kil

Los Angeles 470 sq mi
Milwaukee 96 sq mi
Chicago 229 sq mi
Newark 24 sq mi
Washington DC 68
New York 314 sq mi
Atlanta 136 sq mi
Dallas 378 sq mi
Houston 578 sq mi
Boston 47
Pittsburg 55.5
St Louis 61
Miami 34

States:
District of Columbia 68.25
Rhode Island 1055
New Jersy 7,468

That's right Topfuel, Madera is 1/7 the size of your whole state. I'm begining to TASTE that $1 a share in ready cash and proven resources. How long is it going to take? A day? A week? A month? It doesn't matter! It is coming!! $.05 in interest a year, $.04 in earnings, $.01 from the web site. This year $.10 x PE of 20 = $2.00 a share - twice book value. NOT OUT OF REACH AT ALL!!!
