CMOZ - I called the company to find out more and they told me:

I had been trying to got hold of Wilfred Shaw at Cosmoz but all my efforts in past 10 days have been in vain.
Most of the time I get their answering machine and I end up leaving message.
Onetime I was answered by a lady. So I asked her some simple questions like:
1) Where is the company located
2) How many employees work for the company
3) Who is on the board of the company
4) How many shares are outstanding
5) What are the revenues and anticipated revenues

All she would tell me is she doesn't know anything and I would have to talk to Wilfred Shaw. Fine I said atleast tell me where is the company office and she told me in Canada. She said company has hired her/her company to answer phone calls.
I asked so is there anyway I can get hold of Mr. Shaw and she would tell me you would have to leave him a message. I left him many messages and nobody ever returns phone call.
To me this is a 1-2 person owned company. I feel like it is a scam. How can CMOZ be talking about becoming CMGI or GNET when they do not even have a company website. Who knows, but I am being very careful with such companies.

I happen to research a web portal company which I think is lot better.
Take a look at MXNT >> biz.yahoo.com

I am not trying to hype MXNT here but I am here to express my experience with CMOZ and wanted to share with you. Just wanted to tell you guys that there are cheaper and much better stocks out there.
Now compare CMOZ and the one I mentioned. Both are risky stocks but the one I mentioned has many cool and live websites and lot more info available than CMOZ.

Just my views.
