RIK / Junior Oils

My thinking is more or less in line with your thoughts.

I think the larger cap companies will jump start an upward move in share prices, once everyone is convinced oil prices are recovering.

On the other hand, as the price of oil moves sidewards, I like the larger junior oils who have production gains locked in and are also agressively, but within their means, accumulating acreage. Farm-ins present an ideal situation, especially when they are with larger cap companies. Two companies come to mind who fit this description a few years back, Berkley Petroleum and Newport Petroleum.
