My fear is that if they cannot obtain financing, they might be acquired at a discount to where I purchased the stock or (gulp) bankruptcy. On the other hand if you've read their SEC filings, PICK has expected a substantial amount of revenue from the Blackstone deal which could put a major dent in the $9 million assuming they have the extra voice traffic capacity in place.
