Prengel, "Your use of the lingo indicates you are clueless as to what the term "MASK" means - as well as "MASK PROBLEM"." Look, maybe mask is the wrong term, maybe Design is the right term. All I know is there was "A" problem. Sorry, you're so mad. I'll just use the term "problem". Take some ex-lax or something. Maybe some prunes. I'm certainly not an expert in process technology but I do know the difference between a mask problem and a design problem. Unfortunately you spend most of your time bashing rather than helping explain some of the basic points of process design so I probably don't know as much as I should. Jim
