NAVR is so watched and loaded with potential that if they put out a newscast that they were painting to backdoor of their office green the stock will jump 3 points. The IPO filing was probably delayed by no more than 10 days per the restating or clearing up the ambiguous earnings from past quarters. That restating provided the exact numbers that cleared out any vague historical info. At that point established the needed correct numbers that allows the filing to be submitted in a manner that give all ownership participents clear legal view of all the foward value of the new company (IPO). One morning this week there will be bunch of happy holders of NAVR I feel. There will also be a surge from the last of the momentum traders getting aboard............... Good luck to all. ****** Remember the delay wasn't wanted but the management of NAVR has much more to gain on getting this newsbreak we all want to hear out to us. The legal "i" had to be dotted and the legal "t" had to be crossed....
