For anyone who doesn't remember, or who's joined us recently, Doumanis and Fasano are associates, and, apparently, old friends. They've had closely parallel careers--I posted the U-4s for both back at the beginning of September--though Doumanis hasn't shared in Fasano's legal problems. Fasano has worked, and may still work, for the PR division of Creative Capital.
