Kevin, from what little I know of the strategy right now, I'm somewhat skeptical about their ability to achieve very much in the time frames that they've published, given the load they have on their plate right now. I'd have to see more on what it is they intend to do together. This would be a long term strategic endeavor, not something that is going to be done in a short term tactical way, if they're permitted to go forward with it. So, we wont see sparks on the wires right away. IMO, it's another of Armstrong's moves to both expand their presence and reinforce the model he's already promoted with TCOMA. It goes to adding to their overall positioning. Like I stated above, I'd have to see more on the actual plan. I know that there are some veteran cable guys out there in the engineering trenches whose eyes are rolling 360s right now... that much I can tell you. I just hope that T hasn't gotten too enamored with the point-and-click of it all... With regard to ATHM, who knows? TWX's RoadRunner and ATHM at some point integrating? I don't have a good grasp of RR's attributes at this time. Why do I feel that that is going to change? Regards, Frank Coluccio
