To my knowledge, they could do no testing prior to having all the birds up and running, then about 45 days of testing before commercial activation. My sense is that one of the reasons this subscriber has not gotten a bill is that the first few months of commercial service is really nothing more than an extension of beta testing. From an investment standpoint comes my real concern, and that is what I've said before: An internet meltdown could, and probably will, take down the satcom group, giving us a rough couple of months...soon. From a user standpoint, I still give IRIDIUM exceedingly high marks. Jack
