CMon; of course you are right. my point was that the IT Network which nobody is paying attention to is quietly building very strong sales for the 2nd and 3rd qtrs by leveraging the three mediums they are now marketing to. I also believe that a significant deal/parnership/strategic alliance/licensing????? is coming shortly which should provide up front $$$. This is pure speculation on my part after my dd. The mgmt is way to busy right now to worry about maintaining a 20$ stock price. I think their sights are set on something significantly bigger.

Source Media Signs Interactive Agency Agreements With Bell Atlantic Yellow Pages
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 4, 1999--Source Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: SRCM - news) announced it has signed a three-year interactive agency agreement to provide streaming audio content, advertising sales agency, and support services for Bell Atlantic Yellow Pages' InfoScene® and InfoLine® interactive audio information products.

The Agreement includes InfoScene (R) markets located in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. The Agreement also covers a number of InfoLine® markets within Bell Atlantic territory. Source Media has begun interactive advertising sales for InfoScene® in the Washington, DC area and sales for InfoLine® in New England. Advertising sales services are performed by Source Media's IT Network division.

InfoScene® is an interactive streaming audio information service promoted in the travel and tourism section of the local Yellow Pages directory. Callers can get information on restaurants, attractions and events in their local area by simply dialing a free local number that is available 24-hours a day. InfoLine® is an interactive information service that appears in the front of a Yellow Pages directory and provides streaming audio information and entertainment services. Topics of information include news, weather, sports and consumer information.
