Those were my thoughts as to the purchase....just hope they have something to manufacture. Just getting FDA approval doesn't make for a sure-fire money making product....just look at SCIOS. They will probably take a real "beating" today when the market opens, even those the FDA panel gave them a thumbs-up Friday.

Henry,

The purchase of Marathon was independent of Ontak approval. From my notes taken from the prospectus(not infallible), the acquisition could occur no later than January of 99. Approximately 5MM is the purchase price with an additional 3MM due upon Ontak approval.

Sorry but I do not believe this alone means that Ontak approval is imminent.
