Craig, I'm nor sure about the "incremental" fiber requirements, since TWX's upgrades and rebuilds speak for those already. But they will surely need to bolster their interface to the PSTN, and that means substantially increasing their switching/routing gear, and a substantial investment in operations support systems (OSSs) which I am sure are not in place at this time, except for a sparse few locations. I wouldn't be surprised if T implemented a platform for TCOMA whose common elements could be leveraged by TWX in this regard, as well.
