Also, That is exactly what it is. The software I use that my brokerage company sent me actually says "crossed" when that happens. The first time I saw it back around "94", it scared the H@%$ out of me, I called my broker and he is the one that explained it to me. I now see it almost every day on at least one of the stocks I track..... wb
