Well ladies and gentlemen, what can we make of this NR? Note the effective date is today! Are they helping themselves to the kitty in anticipation of something "special" ? coming down the pipe? The timing looks likes a rushed issue, compared to option timing based on targets and performance in the future. Or am I out to lunch here? Any sign of a shareholders rights plan yet? I see we got the directors taken care off.

The share price actually went up 5c (on low volume) in a negative POG day. At one time the ask was $1.25, before changing to $1.15 later in the day. We will have to continue to wait to see what this "significant event/development" means. I think that the O/S shares may be wrong. I though was more like 8,000,000.
