I think they manufacture the products themselves, but got help from Tandon on the technology and process involved. If they are outsourcing for now, I am sure that the intention is to bring it in-house, because Mr Dell talked about storage buyers paying way too much and Dell would charge much lower prices... I am sure Dell is a threat at some level, I'm just not sure what level. E.g. the market could be expanding so fast that both companies grow their business for the next 3-5 years before needing to compete aggressively...
