With 50,000,000 shares authorized and a price of $7.00 you are looking at a $350M potential marketcap here. With a Board of Directors of just Darren Little, most any kind of share transaction seems to be quite easy to accomplish.

With no assets and no published business plan other than naming the company with a .COM, it seems that speculation is all that is driving things here.
