I agree. That guy leaving 3 months before the release of the product is a little late to use the excuse you cited.

There could be a lot of reasons for him leaving. But I will say one thing. At SAP he was an easily replaceable person and more valuable to a competitor due to his inside knowledge of SAP's internal workings and company directions.

One thing for sure, he was not going to get rich with SAP but he MAY with a competitor. I'm sure he is soaking his new company for mega stock options and other benefits (diluting the interest of present stock holders) all the while not guaranteeing any significant leverage in competing against his former company.

listen to the SEBL conference call. They have been six months away from releasing this product for the last 4 years.....

In American business one can say ANYTHING against a competitor and get away with it. (One cant do this in Germany). When I really read in to it though its obvious the statement is very very exaggerated. And to me, that spells out fear.

I challenge anybody to post a reputable link where SAP states the release of the product to be ONE YEAR or more (not four) previous to last Decembers scheduled release date. SEBL should not be trying to mislead their investors like that.

BTW Michelle - Thanks for your insights,

J
