Two things are kicking this stock. Loss of net revenue from higher expenses and the pending hostile takeover at $13.00US for EPIE (eskimo Pie). The lower the stock goes the more dillution to buy EPIE if it goes through, the more dillution the more people bail...sort of self-feeding!! When is the time to get in????? Good question....I will try to do a little research and see if I can come up with a number. Ward (who posts here) thinks its a $1.50-2.00 stock......but he is shorting it....soooooooooo!!!,gggg> the Chief
